Description

Duplicates the specified layer. The new layer will be created at the top of the layer stack.

Works On

This action works on layers in the current document, even if it is hidden or locked.

Changes Selection

This action does not change the selection.

Changes Active Layer

This action does not change the active layer.

Location

The Duplicate Layer action is located in the Fuga Workshop panel under the Layout actions category.

Parameters

Layer Name Field

(string) The name of the layer to duplicate.

New Layer Name Field

(string) The name of the new layer. This name must be unique. If left blank the new layer will be given the default layer name.
