Description

Deletes the specified layer.

Works On

Works with any layer in the current document, even if it is hidden or locked.

Changes Selection

Removes the objects from the deleted layer from the selection.

Changes Active Layer

If the active layer was deleted, then the next unlocked layer above it becomes active. If the top layer is deleted or all the layers above the deleted layers are locked, then the next unlocked layer bellow it becomes active. If all layers are locked besides the deleted layer, then the first layer below the deleted one becomes active.

Location

The Delete Layer action is located in the Fuga Workshop panel under the Layout actions category.
